Repairs

During the intake process we assess your piece(s), record a description, photograph your item(s), and email you a photo receipt of the jewellery we have received. We’ll follow up with a written quote and summary of the work that will be undertaken. Your jewellery will be insured while in our possession. Completion timelines will vary depending on the scope of the project. We will contact you when your items are ready for pick up.

Your jewellery will be handled with great care by our experienced and highly skilled team. No repair, however, is fully without risk. Precious gemstones, in particular, can be vulnerable to damage during the repair/refurbishment process. As such, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any such occurence. We will, however, discuss any risks with you and endeavour to repair or replace any damaged gemstones whenever possible at an at-cost basis to you.
