1. During your initial visit, we’ll discuss your design preferences. You’ll have the opportunity  to try on our store samples to see how different profiles, metal colours, and finishes look on your hand.

2. Once your design preferences are determined, we’ll provide you with a written quote and calculate your deposit. 

3. After approving your quote, we’ll create CAD renderings based on your chosen design. Typically, bands that need to fit flush with an existing engagement ring will need CAD drawings, whereas mens’ bands without stones will usually not require them.

4. Upon approval, we’ll begin creating your rings! You’ll receive updates along with process images as your project progresses.

5. Your balance owing will be due when you pick up your finished bands. Annual maintenance checks with cleaning are included with your purchase.

The process from start to finish typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, however timelines can vary. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your specific timeframe whenever possible.
